software support contract verification

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how can I check if my HP software support contract is still valid. This is required if you want to install software updates to HP-UX machines. I have the SAID, I logged in but I couldn't find something explicit concerning the validity term/ expiration date of this contract. Thanks in advance!

As long as your SAID is linked to your account, go to 'My Profile' and then 'View Support Agreements'. It'll list your SAID's linked to your account. Software should show 'Active' in the first column. You have to have linked the SAID to your ITRC account to see this information btw.
