Facing an error in replaying Oracle Application 11i script: Unsupported Java Class

Hi All,

I am facing issues with Oracle R12 application.

I have created a script in Oracle Application 11i protocol on Oracle R12 application.

My script is able navigate till the end of oracle web interface and able to connect to oracle server, i.e. I am able to PASS nca_connect_server ("<host name>", "<port no.>", "<module>") this step. And I am able to see oracle forms were openign in reply.

But the script is failing after this step with below error message;

---

Unsupported Java class: oracle.apps.fnd.soa.forms.services.rt.CommBean

Popup message: stop - Cannot complete applications logon. You may have entered an invalid applications password, or there may have been a database connect error.
----

After this step a file download pop up window appears for "t10.unk" file and remain there even after script finished working.

Below is the reply log of problem area;

----

Action.c(169): lr_think_time: 5.00 seconds.
Action.c(278): nca_set_connect_opt("INITIAL_DISP_SIZE")
Action.c(280): nca_set_connect_opt("FONT_FACE")
Action.c(282): nca_set_connect_opt("SCALE_INFO")
Action.c(284): Notify: Parameter Substitution: parameter "Cor18_icxtkt2" =  ".gaojpOltlA5x2BDBqbwyNQ.."
Action.c(284): Notify: Parameter Substitution: parameter "NCAJServSessionId" =  "/forms/lservlet;jsessionid=0a01a936341427a4a1c74225d86a865fb9488408967460d13120c612dc745bc6.e38Ka34RbNyMbi0MaxmTbNiMahb0"
Action.c(284): connect_server: connection with host "<host name>" on port <port no.> established
Action.c(284): Unsupported Java class: oracle.apps.fnd.soa.forms.services.rt.CommBean
Action.c(284): Popup message: stop - Cannot complete applications logon. You may have entered an invalid applications password, or there may have been a database connect error.
Action.c(289): Notify: Transaction "05_input values" started.
Action.c(291): nca_set_window("Invoice Workbench (Payables Manager)")
Action.c(293): Error: nca_obj_mouse_click("632") failed, Window or object is not displayed.
The window currently in focus: "Error".
The last popup/alert message received: "stop - Cannot complete applications logon. You may have entered an invalid applications password, or there may have been a database connect error."
Abort was called from an action.

----

Can you please have a look and let me know what's wrong with the script?

Many Thanks,

-Naresh Choudekar

What version of Vugen are you using? You should check recording Web+NCA as well see if this happens here too.

Sorry, it was IE8.

Thanks.

I see, you may consider trying 11.0 or up for this recording then.  Just for the native support on IE 8.
