Dhcp snooping problem empty dhcp snooping database

Hi all,

Our company network has 2610  Series switches which version  R.11.30 . When we tried to deploy dhcp-snooping, although everything seems fine, dhcp - snooping binding table has no data.Clients keep going to receive IP.

DHCP server is attached another switch and i set this uplink to trust. What cause empty dhcp binding table situation? Do I need to try version update?

Thanks.
