Firmware Update 2520-8-PoE

Hello,
I want to update my 2520-8-PoE with the firmware "S_14_41.swi".
First I wanted to update the firmware with a browser but it doesn't work
After that I wanted to update the switch with TFTP.
I connected with Putty (port 22) to the switch.
The command „show config“ displays the following configuration

Startup configuration:

After that I wanted to copy the configuration with "copy startup tftp <IP address of TFTP server> config.cfg"
I get the message "inavalid input: tftptp

----------------------

How can I update my switch?
