Hi everyone. Switch doesn't work. On LEDs are on for a prolonged time. I try to reset default. How to fix it?

You could try connecting a serial console, then power cycling it, see if you get any useful diagnostics. If you can't get anything out of that get onto HP: it's likely to be a warranty replacement.

We had this issue when we put some Rev A GBICs in a new switch. Do you have any GBICs in the switch?
