Quality of Service

I am trying to turn on the QOS on our switches. I need to prioritize H.264 traffic for our video conferencing and was told to do this on our switches in addition to our routers. I have found on the web interface where to do this but get a message of unable to add application or protocol when I try to do this.  Any help wuld be appreciated.

Hi,

 

Can you give the device reference code and software version ?

Can you give us the packet information to identify the H.264 traffic ?

Can you explain us how do you try to configure it ?
