USB auxiliary port on 5406R not working?
I just unboxed a brand new 5406R zl2 switch. I wanted to use the USB auxiliary port to upgrade the firmware to version KB.15.16.0005, but I'm having an issue getting it to work. When I first plugged my flash drive in, the USB light was green for a second, but then went dark. Looking at the logs I found an event that read "unable to mount /ufa0". Since that first attempt, I cannot even get the USB light to show green until a device is being unplugged. There is no mention of it in the logs anymore. I have tried a couple of different storage devices. I was then able to upgrade the firmware via TFTP, but I would like to be able to use the USB port at some point. Am I doing anything wrong, or is this something I have to report to HP support?
Thanks!

Re: USB auxiliary port on 5406R not working?
Usually that means it doesn't recognize the file system. If the drive is formatted as FAT it should work.
Not the most intuitive error message...
