Using 2910al for bandwidth allocation
We are going to work with a 200 Mb fibre connection and we need to reserve some of it for voice traffic - say 20 Mb. Would using the 2910al's QoS queues be a good solution for this, or would a router or dedicated bandwidth manager be better suited? Or perhaps a 3500 switch would be a better choice?
I'm not too sure what the capabilities of these switches are when it comes to this sort of thing, as I've always just dealt with basic L2 edge switching. Thanks for any suggestions!

Re: Using 2910al for bandwidth allocation
I'm not sure whether the 2910 supports bandwidth allocation (i suspect it doesn't), but you can prioritise voice traffic above other traffic by putting it in a dedicated voice VLAN. In most cases i've found this to be enough.
