In some cases you can found again these error messages on the Smart Array P410 card:

Consolidated Error Report:

• Controller: Smart Array P410 in Slot X

Message: An unknown error was detected hide.

• Controller: Smart Array P410 in Slot X

Message: The Cache is Permanently Disabled

=====> Simply apply the following:

1. Down the server and turn off the power.
2. Remove the hard drives (just pull them out an inch or so).
3. Power on the server and allow the server to complete POST.
4. Once POST has completed, power off the server
5. Re-insert the hard drives
6. Power on the server and the cache should now be enabled.
