Bare Metal Restore ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2

I've been attempting to execute a BMR on the machine listed in the title. The source machine is a Windows Server 2008 R2 (and identical to the failover) and the BMR file was created using Windows Server Backup.

I boot the failover off a Windows Server 2008 R2 disk, choose Repair and follow the process until I get to the recovery screen. At this time, it fails to find the disk with the BMR image. I've attempted this with both an external SATA dock connected via USB, as well as plugging the HDD directly into one of the drive bays for the server. No matter what I try, I encounter the error "The instruction at XXXXXXXXX referenced memory at XXXXXXXXX. The memory could not be read."

I'd appreciate any solutions, help or even a direction to pursue from the community.
