I have a ML350 G4p server which had a power supply problem.
The server LED number 5 (CRITICAL POWER FAILURE) was on and server wont boot.
I replaced the PSU but still having the same problem.

Re: CRITICAL POWER FAILURE on ML350 G4p
Might be that the slot is broken, have you tried to install the PSU in the other bay?
Have you tried to replace the cable as well?

I also replaced the cabe (if there was a problem in the cable i think that there will be no power in the machine at all but i have the power and when i press the power button the server don't go on and the LED number 5 in the front pannel turn into red but power button turns into green)

Re: CRITICAL POWER FAILURE on ML350 G4p
Have you tried to keep it down for a longer time? Maybe try to get power from another source? Like from the wall/ups.
