Care Pack Question

I m working in a Shell cyberjaya, found out that most of the servers deployed in overseas do not have carepack,and it is not in the boxes when the server delivered.

May I know what is a right channel to retrieve the carepack serial number

Assuming I have the machine serial number ?

please advise.

Secondly,

If the first optin don't work. Call the tech support number and tell them to transfer you to Carepack team and they would be able to fulfill you request.
