DL 380 G3 onboard NC7781 Eth Adapters Offload TCP ???

I am trying to determine if the on board NIC NC7781 has the functionality to off load the TCP stack from the main processors? There is a registry hack for W2K Advanced Server that states by adding this key (See below) you can gain newtork performance if the network card supports TCP off loading.

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\DisableTaskOffload = 0 or 1
0 = Enables offloading
1 = Disables offloading

Does anyone know if the NC7781 onboard adapter supports TCP offloading??

Thanks
Tom

"TCP Offloads and Interrupt Coalescing
The NC7781 supports TCP Checksum Offloads as well as TCO Segmentation Offloads. Both reduce the load on the CPU for an overall improved system response. Interrupt Coalescence groups multiple packets and issues a single interrupt to the host. This process optimizes host efficiency, leaving the CPU available for other duties. "
