DL360 G7 not working

DL360 G7 not working

I am having issues. I have almost replaced all the parts on a DL360 Gen7 unit (MB, Control, CPU, RAM) and still getting a red light on the front and the SID most of the lights are orange. Any suggestions or is it time to figure a way to scrap this?
