Hi All,

Fan speed high in DL380G5 no display i have replaced system board after replacement of system board fan speed not controllable no display again then i replaced fan board again issue is still want can i do

It is hard to understand without any punctuation. Please clarify. And what do you mean by "no display"?

There is no display on screen and the fan speed high untill pull out the power cable.
All six fan LED's "AMBER indication" on the front pannel of machine.

This server originally shipped on a 12-fan config, then transitioned to a 6-fan config,subsequent fan boards have a jumper to set the correct model and allow proper operation. Try inspecting the fan board for a fan jumper.I believe you have to remove the jumper for 12-fan models and install it for 6-fan models.
