Disk Drive frimware?

[ Edited ]

Hi folks,

This should be easy for someone. How do we find the disk drive firmware rev we are running on a Proliant DL380 G7? It's an ESXi box and I can't seem to locate it thru the ILO.

Many thanks in advance.

Re: Disk Drive frimware?

You need to have the providers installed, but you probably have them.

Revisions are counted in hex, so DA is newer than D6.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Use system management homepage, if installed.

Re: Disk Drive frimware?

Ah, I was able to locate the firmware rev thru HP SIM. I have a suspicion that we have turned off the port, perhaps.

Many thanks, Torsten!

Last question: is frimware rev HPD6 older than HPDA?
