HBA-INSTALL

Hi
i have one dl380 g7 and install hp 81q pci-e fibre channel host bus adapter (p/n:ak344a) and install win2008 R2 64bit and on the device manager detected by qlogic but when connect to switch hba not work and not see eva 6400 why?
if need to install patch download as microsoft?
please help my.

Qlogic SANSurfer can be used to troubleshoot the qlogic FC adapters.
