HP DL360 GEN9 (818209-B21) Statement/Certificate of Volatility

I am considering the use of multiple 818209-B21 DL360 Gen9 Servers, but I was requested by our IT department to obtain a Statement/Certificat of Volatility for them.  Is there one for this device available, and if so how do I go about obtaining it?  If one doesn't exist is there a way one could be generated?  Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
