HP DL380 G4 - Corrected Memory Error threshold exceeded (System Memory, memory Module 4)

Hello Guys,

My HP DL380 started showing the amber light in the system health leds.
I don't have any ilo configured in the system and when I checked the intergrated Management Log Viewer
there was this error message 
" Corrected Memory Error threshold exceeded (System Memory, memory Module 4)" 

I am running a windows server 2003 32 bit
Xeon 3.2Ghz with 2GB of RAM.

Any ideas? is this a memory module error or a known bug?
