HP DL380 G7 Server: How to active/install OS after removing 2 affected drives

Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

I have a Server System. HP DL280 G7.

My two hard drives are not working. These are primary two. Remaining 3 hard drives are working.

I void the affected the drives and set the remaining 3 drives in serially. 

I want to know "Can I install OS after removing the affected Drives and replacing by remaining 3 drives?"

 Note: In my city at now its not possible to get fresh Hard Drives for DL380 easily.

During POST press F8 when the smart array message appears, then create a new RAID. With 3 drives you may create a RAID 1 (+ spare) or RAID5, this is up to you.
