HP Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 366M Adapter shows only two ports

Hi,

HP BL460c Gen8 into a C3000 enclosure.  I use this server as a VMware ESXi 5.0 host.  In vCenter ans HP Insight Control it shows the HP Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 366M Adapter with 4 ports and 2 of them are up, the other 2 are down.

When I look in the onboard admin of the C3000, it shows only 2 ports in the mezzanine card information, so I can't figure out where can I connect the two other ports.  It looks like the ethernet adapter have only 2 ports.

Is this a limitation of the C3000 enclosure?  If not, where can I configure the 2 other ports in order to make them available and connect them?

Are you using mezzanine slot 1 ?
