HP ProLiant ML150 G6 that has NO Legacy PCI slot

Hi all,

I have this server that has no legacy PCI (white) slot.

 

I have a PCI device to install, so I got me a PCIx8 to PCI raiser card that takes a 5V

to do the conversion in it's circuitry. Yes, it is active not passive. 

Now I am getting an [x]next to the PCI device in device manager saying that a PCI driver is not found.

I have Windows 2012 Server Std.

 

Any help will be appreciated.
