HP Service Pack for ProLiant 2013.09.0 (B) - Download Issue

Hi everybody,

we need the Service Pack for ProLiant to perform an FW Update. Unfortunately, a direct download seems not be possible. I've logged at the HP support webpage and filled out the following form:

This was 20 hours ago and i'm still waiting. No Mail, no chance to download the file. I've opened

I've already read the following thread, looks like i'm not alone:

However, does anyone know another way to get this download?

I'm really angry. I need an urgent update, and now i'm waiting that someone at HP push a button to send me an email. Do you at HP call that "Support"?

Just go to the SPP download site at HP - hp.com/go/spp and hit the download button....

thanks for your reply. This doesnt work for us. When i hit the Download button at hp.com/go/spp i will be redirected to  ths page: http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/service_packs/en/index.html

When i hit the button "Current Version SPP Version 2013.09.0 (B)" on this page i see a list with several Downloads. I hit the download button for SPP Full ISO Image and see the following form:

https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/try.do?productNumber=spp_2013.09.0

After filling out the form on tuesday the following message was displayed:

Thank you for your order request - we are reviewing the details. When the review is complete, you will receive an email notification asking you to proceed with creating your order.

32 hours later (!) someone at HP reviewed my "order request". Unbelievable.

When I want to download something from HP Software depot, it always asks for HP Passport SignIn.

Then the email is already filled in, with my credentials.

You can register with that on:

https://ovrd.external.hp.com/rd/register

so, maybe you must first register with HP Passport ?

Right.  Then it went to the download page.

    You can get the SPP with version Version:2013.09.0(C) (30 Apr 2014). But not getting the SPP with a required version 2013.09.0 (B).
