HP System Management homepage - Cannot display the webpage

Windows 2003 Server.

Not getting anything on https://127.0.0.1:2381/ or https://localhost:2381/

Both SNMP and HP System Management Homepage (v7.3.3) services are running.

What to check first? Or just re-install latest version of HP SMH?

Upgrade to latest version has fixed this.
