Hi Experts,
How do we disable SSL v3 and enable TLS 1.2 in ILO 4?
I had deep dive in HPE support site and understand that latest firmware will have default SSL v3 disabled and TLS 1.2 enabled in ILO4.. No additional configuration is required for this in ILO console.
Please correct me if I am wrong and provide your vaulable guidance on this topic..
Thanks & Regards, Gopi P

SolutionThe SSLv3 protocol has been permanetely disabled since iLO4 version 2.03 was released back in Nov 2014.
Every iLO4 firmware since version 2.00 support the TLS 1.2 protocol. But, if you are looking at only allowing TLS 1.2 connections then, you're going to need to wait until the next release where, both TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 are going to be disabled when you put iLO4 into FIPS mode or, when you enable an option called "Enforce AES/3DES Encryption".
