How to clear the HP proliant DL 380 G5 server cash battery log
I install new Raid cashe battery on my HP proliant DL380 G5 Server. but error message did not gone and still show low battery voltage. my vandor say clear the log of the cash battery because it old log and did not clear by the system and then check error show or not. But i did not found the loges clear option in HP config tool . please tell the where i go and clear all loges of Raid cashe battery .

Hello, I've seen this. I am afraid you have to replace cache together with battery in this generation.
Is your server under support contract?
