SolutionYou will have to use a rom image from an external floppy diskette drive to boot the machine and flash the damaged bios.

I updated the bios using the online system. Proceeded to reboot and the machine never rebooted.
Now I have the long beep followed by two short beeps ....
Tryed the clear CMOS, didn't work....
Unplugged all components but this didn't change anything....
Guess I'm missing something? Any tips?

Have you tried clicking through to the HPESC?
