ML350P Gen8 hangs when trying to install Server 2012 R2

ML350P Gen8 hangs when trying to install Server 2012 R2

Server preiviously had Server 2008 R2 and I am rebuilding. Upgraded IP to 1.62b and can go though the wizard, select all the options but when it tries to boot to the media I just get a windows logo with a spinning circle and stays forever. I also tried to boot directly to media and get same thing never get to point where I can install OS.
