Memory in HP 380p Gen 8.

We have a Gen 8 DL380 with 128GB Ram (4x16GB 8x8GB). One of the 8GB modules has failed and this has reduced the total memory available to the OS to 96GB, as two good module (8GB & 16GB) are now in a state of "Good, used for resiliency". We have a replacement module on the way, but I like to know why we lost the use of a further two module when one failed, please could anyone explain how this works? A google search for "Good, used for resiliency" produces no relevant results.

I attach a screenshot of the memory details.

Therefore lost two more modules per cent of these server does not operate in single channel mode, repleace this defective module of 8GB for identical to the same as others and will work properly.
