Poor Perfomance

We are using DL380 G5 server with Windows server 2008 x64 bit installed.i have configured RAID 5.We are facing slow perfomance issue on this server.earlier i assumed problem with one of the hard drive however after replacing the driver issue was same.
I have updated Controller(P400)driver and FW to latest as well as this server has been reimaged twice to avoid any issue with OS.we have added 512MB cache module as well.Read/Write is set 50/50.

What we can do here to increase perfomance.ADU is fine not showing any failure sign.

hi
you server what cpu and ram install.
you update hard drive firmware by firmware maintenance.
