ProLiant ML310e Gen 8 Windows Server 2008 Install Issues
Hello, recently i was setting one of these up and ran into an issue when installing Windows Server 2008 and couldn't continue. What happened is durring the installation I where I had to pick a HDD to install windows it wouldn't let me pick. The error was somehting like "Windows can not be installed onto this partition." I figured it was a botched drive then tried a few other HDD's (2x 2TB and 2x 1TB) which also did not work.
I tried to rectify it by opening the Console and setting write to true via the command prompt however that was unsucessful and did not work giving me an error stating it could not be changed.
Any Advice or Tips would be widely appreciated, It could be something I missed in the setup however I feel that I configured the Server Bios Correctly.
