Problems Downloading iLO 4 Firmware Updates

Hi,

I'm based in the UK and I'm having major problems trying to find and download the latest iLO 4 update (v2.20 15-Jun-2015).

I have tried the URL 'www.hp.com/support/ilo4' where I select 'English' and 'Windows Server 2012 R2' and after waiting ages, the headings show but all have (0) for the number of available downloads.

I also managed to get to an HP Support Center page headed "Drivers & Software, Online ROM Flash Component for Windows - HP Integrated Lights-Out 4" which has the full set of info (Description, Enhancements, etc) but the is NO download button.

I've spent far too long on this wild goose chase - where can I obtain this download?

I have 2x DL380 G9 and 2x StoreVirtual 4330 - both under warranty.

Looks like Hp has problems with their web servers, again.

I get only "cannot connect" or incomplete pages.

I used the file from the current SPP 2015.06 without problems - http://www.hp.com/go/spp

I was worried that it was something to do with my linked warranties not showing correctly through to the HPSC. Each time I select 'Drivers and Software' link, the 'Warranty Status ' reverts from 'Covered' to 'Unspecified'.

Anyways, I'll keep trying the site but in the meantime I'll extract the ILO update from the PSP as you suggest.

Same problems with other drivers too (example smart array P410), after several re-loads of the page it works. But also the revision history is very short ...

As of today, download of ilo4 firmware 2.20 isn't possbible.

All links lead to empty sites.

We wait for 2.22 they told.
