We have about 15 of these servers and 2 of them have experienced this error in the past 2 weeks. I cannot afford for these servers to be crashing and restarting like this as they are running very important processes if anyone can please help me to find out what is causing this I would greatly appreciate it. These servers are running Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP 2 and have 2 HDD in a raid 0. I have tried to locate the dump file logs but they have not been created for some reason. The exact error code from the HP ProLiant Integrated Management Log Viewer is Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x00000077 (0xC000000E, 0xC000000E, 0x00000000, 0x00F9D000)) I was thinking that maybe a HDD is going bad or a possible bad driver for the raid controller right now I am running SmartArray E200 6.13.0.32. If anyone has any ideas or can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

Solution
Start here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff559197(v=VS.85).aspx
Then try to boot the smartstart CD and run ADU, generate a report and post it here.
