Proliant DL380 Gen 8 Second Array Error

Just installed a second hard drive bay with a P830 Array

Reciving error:

Slot 2 HP Smart Array P830 Controller

1783-Slot 2 Driver Array Controller Failure!

  [Self-Test failure (cmd=0h, eer=00h lockup=0DEAD : DEADh)]

 

It shows up in the BIOS and the boot screen.

 

On the ROM card it has one solid green light, one flash green light, one flash amber light. 

 

Any help would be great
