after replaceing the cache battery.go to iml logs the change the status as "mark as repaired'. It take 36 to 48 hours to fully charged the cache battery after replacement....

I'd say you have possibly recieved older batteries from your supplier.
Maybe they have been sitting around on a shelf for ages?
I've noticed that those batts all have a date code on the edge of them which seems to be a month and year of manufacture (ie 02/08)
As you probably know rechargeable batts of this type will only last a max of about 3-4yrs, getting constant power fed to them.
Similarly, if they are sitting uncharged on a shelf for any length of time, that will also affect their life...
Check your date codes, if they're older than 3-4 yrs, get em replaced!
