What to purchase to upgrade the write cache on a ML350 G6

I am interested in upgrading a ML350 G6 256MB write cache (which does not include a battery) to either an 1GB BBWC or a 1GB FBWC. I know the 1GB BBWC requires a battery. But does the 1GB FBWC require anything else besides the card itself? I want to increase disk I/O performance in ESXi as well as extension/expansion of a online RAID through ACU.

534562-B21 is a pack , which should includes the both parts :

505908-001 Flash Backed Write Cache (FBWC) module - 1GB

587324-001 Flash Backed Write Cache (FBWC) capacitor pack
