Windows could not set the offline locale information. Error 0x80000001

The HP ProLiant DL380 G5 P400 that I am trying to install Server 2008 64x onto continually produces the error Windows could not set the offline locale information. Error 0x80000001.

I have download the latest HP SmartStart CD, made sure the time/date are correct in the bios and tried multiple langues and keyboards.

I am really at a loss what to try now. Does anyone have any avenues I should try?

Any feedback at all would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

This try DL380 G5's, in the BIOS, Advanced Options > Processor Optionss > Intel├В┬о Virtualization Technology disable set.

Thanks for the suggestion but alas this still did not help. It has since been established that the E200 controller was faulty and HP have replaced the part and said 'I was unlucky'to have a brand new unit have a fault .... tell that to the project manager busting my chops as we are now 3 weeks behind!
