blue ILO light will not stop flashing, how to fix??

This is a DL380 G5 ILO 2 server.

The blue light flashes even when ILO is not being used and the remote console is not available.

It's been powered off and on a few times, I've disconnected the ILO cable, I've pushed the blue ILO button in the back a few times.

How do I fix this??

First,

To end any remote iLO session that is in progress, power-off your server and UNPLUG the cords.  iLO operates independently, and merely powering off will not do anything by itself.  Also, removing the iLO cable will not do anything.  Secondly, I do not know if HP will ever support any other browser than IE, but I suspect that if your UID is flashing and it will not stop, because this indicates that there is a remote session in progress, you used another browser than IE.
