iLO2 license - 60 days trial - Problem with license key

Hi,

 

We have some issues`s with a 60 day trial version of an iLO2 license that we acquired.

 

This is a trial key for 60 days, but the key is being rejected by the server.

 

Server specs:

DL360 G5, fully upgraded and refurbished

 

Latest bios

Latest Ilo2, I assume

 

May I ask if there is a support group that we can turn to?

Hard to tell without more details - maybe the wrong key, e.g. for blade insted of rack servers?
