windows system event error ,nothting wrong with HP server hardware

hi Guys,

I see error following error on HP sever running with windows sever 2012 R2

Logical drive 1 of array controller P420i [Embedded] returned a fatal error during a read/write request from/to the volume.

Logical block address 909309304, block count 8 and command 32 were taken from the failed logical I/O request.

Array controller P420i [Embedded] is also reporting that the last physical drive to report a fatal error condition (associated with this logical request), is located in bay 3 of box 2 connected to port 1I.

I checked with HP nothing wrong with hardware(RAID card,SAS HDD etc)

HP suggested with Microsoft

Any feedback much appropriated

Hi,

It would be better to share the Array Diagnostic Utility.

We can check the hard drives and array controller installed.

Thank You!
