just download the autoexpanding file from HP site,
this will create you a bootable floppy ( I sugget you to perform a full format cbefore to use the floppy to avoid reading problem)
then you boot from this floppy and the process will be performed automaticaly.
may be some files.txt are on the floppy

ECU (Eisa Configuration Utility) is the tool you need to enter in the bios to see or change the configuration. In this kind of server, you cannot have access to the bios pusshing on F2 at boot time but you need this tool.
