network problem with ProLiant MicroServer Gen8
Hello all,
Customer have ProLiant MicroServer Gen8 (part no. 819185-421) with Windows Server 2012 R2 Foudnation and still have network problems.
Problems are not too easy to replicate. But too much times cannot download any file in browser (IE or Chrome), all websites loading very slowly etc. I want to update network drivers but this cannot be downloaded (can download a few mbytes and stop downloading or download all driver but is corrupted etc). This seems like problem only with broswing, smb to client computers and copy downloaded file from my desktop to server via RDP connections seems works well.
Now i have updated driver (HP Ethernet 1Gb 2-port 332T Adapter = broadcom) to version 17.2.0.0, updated firmware, installed broadcom advanced network utility and still the same.
Server does this on 2 sites - so I have 2 different internet connections, 2 different patch cords, 2 different routers - same behavior.
I have installed ESET remote administartor on this server, but i cannot work with him because for example cannot download install scripts for clients - network timeout reached. Eset remote administration work on apache tomcat webserver and is accessible on https://localhost - so localhost connections seems also corrupted.
Ping to 8.8.8.8 work well all the times - for example today - with 12 hours pinging no lost packet.
Copy to another server or computer via smb seem ok too.
But problem with browsing and downloading files still persist. It seems like after few mbytes downloaded some TCP queue choked up:( Or I cannot specific this behavior better:(
Network card parameters is all in default.
Can somebody help me?
Thank you
