Thermal Issue

Has anyone seen a thermal issue on a U2 array. I have one that is racked in a cabinet with a server and 3 other U2 arrays and one of them keeps complaining of a thermal problem. All fans are working and all air coming out of the box feels normal. I have a feeling that this is a malfunction with the logic that monitors the temp in side the U2. Is this correct.

What are the error messages ?
Are you running Insight Manager ? if so what version ?
What controller is the Storage system attached to ?
What drives are you using ? (same in other U2's ?)

The errors are reported in CIM version 4.9. This shelf is connected to a 3200 controller om 4.32 and same type of drives 9.1 ultra scsi. Cm is just reporting a thermal issue and no fan fault.
