hot-deplugging and plugging a RAID0 single physical disk from a P410 controler

Hello, we need a solution to exteranalize backups based on disks, we have already a fair amount of exprerience using third party RAID SATA HBAs, that offer the possibility of removing a unit, however it does not seem to be the case with hpacucli :
We used the following logic :
using diskpart, remove drive letter, make disk offline, unplug disk, We did not found any CLI command to remove the disk by making the disk offline and not deleting it.
So when we replug it we need to run :
hpacucli ctrl slot=0 ld 4 modify reenable forced. It works.
and that's when everything gets weird :
On windows 2008 R2, basically, when using diskpart to make online the disk, it forces it read only, and when using the disk manager GUI, it crashes VDS (virtual disk service) !
We retested on another server with an E200i controller and it works near perfectly apart from the fact that the disks is still seen after the abrupt unplug and event after a rescan... I suscpect a firmware/driver issue, but that's only an intution.
Please correct me if i am wrong in the hpacucli capabilities
