smart array ,logical drive enabling

When I attempt to re-enable logical drive I got the warning;

 


Re-enabling a failed logical drive will allow the logical drive to be used again. Any previously existing data on the logical drive may not be valid or recoverable.

 

how dangerous is it , do I need a restore all physical disks ?
