Hello Fahad,

Welcome to PPM world.

To create a user in PPM, login to workbench and navigate to Sys Admin -> Users tab.

Click on "New User" button and enter the details.

Hope this helps.

The Open Interface Guide and Reference manual explains how to use the user interface tables and the Import User report to provision users. There are other message threads that discuss these processes in detail and should help you understand how they work.
