HP-UX Support Tools Manager Denial of Service Attack

Does anyone have more information on the HP-UX Support Tools Manager Denial of Service Attack that was posted on security focus' web site on 01-18-01? Here is the link. http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/2239. I have not been able to find any info as to what the potential vulnerability is, etc?
