I just installed Instant Support Enterprise Edition (Predictive Support Replacement). The install went ok, however I had a problem during the setup. I am not using a proxy server here. Has anyone installed this new product yet and if so, did you have to punch a hole in your firewall?

Re: ISEE
The depot is available for download. If someone installs this and has to clear the firewall, please post, as I can not get a good answer. Could I have been the 1st customer to install predictives replacement?
Thanks,
Bob

Solution
I have been using ISEE for about 6 months. Didn't have to do anything to get through the firewall, just specified our proxy server in the ISEE configuration.
The only funny thing we came across was that you must have any entry for the isee server in your hosts file.
We have 192.6.126.145 isee.europe.hp.com
This may just have been a problem with the pilot version that has been fixed, ISEE could not communicate with HP with the entry in hosts.
