Need OpenSSL Support - Can't find a working link, chat, email

Help!  First Chat sent me to link https://h50203.www5.hp.com/wclweb/wclentry.aspx?lc=en-US&cc=US&co=hpe which when I specified product and SAID said 'This SAID/Carepack does not cover this product.'   Your product is not supported by Hewlett Packard Enterprise Instant Support.Click here for email support. (http://welcome.hpe.com/country/us/en/contact_us.html) a bad link.  When I Contacts - All Contacts - it sends me to an hp.com link.  Can't find a link, a site, a phone# or a chat to support OpenSSL product.

Since OpenSSL is Open source, I doubt HPE offers any support for it.

My OS is HP-UX 11.31.  Finally found an 866 number on our license paperwork and got into a phone tree that worked by selecting Server rather than Software support.  When I finally got to a real person, he was actually fast, knowlegable and helpful.  He determined that there was a bug in the release and had a workaround in less than an hour.  All is well that ends well, I guess.
