Error: Unable to establish connection with Insight Manager 7

Hi All,

We are having one Windows 2000 Server with SP4 running Insight Manager 7. Sometimes the site is working really slow and we are not able to see the server list
It throws error as below
Error: Unable to establish connection with Insight Manager 7

Kindly guide to resolve this issue.

i also get the error like this. "The applet request timed out. Please reselect your request".

Kindly let me know what causes this error
